How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Othersburn Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Othersburn Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

When the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, the usual first step is to talk to the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Othersburn Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@othersburn.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
